RULES OF THE PARTIES

*** Please take a read through the rules of the parties before attending. ***

As party organisers we have some etiquette and rules for the parties

which you should familiarise yourself with and adhere to.

If you feel offended by expressions of sexual freedom, then our parties are definitely not for you.

Our parties are designed to allow peopleto meet other people that are into the swinging life style or looking at dipping their

toes into it. 

There is plenty of fun to be have in a relax atmosphere to be have.

Please be fully respsectable to all Guests and Staff that are working at venue.

Our parties are here for people to get to know each other. 

We do not discriminate against size, colour or race. We welcome everyone.

Unlike a lot of other parties we have a MAXIMUM of only 

10 SINGLE GUYS ONLY ATTEND! 

Any continue swearing or harresement to our staff or guest will have an automatic ban to our parties

and the house owner will be informed.

Any type of VIOLENCE  in anyway will mean  an instant ban and you will be escorted off the premises. 

If required the police will be informed and the ower of the house will also be informed.

There is NO smoking with in the house (Smoking area is provided) this also include vaping.

There is NO  DRUG TAKING OR SMOKING OF DRUGS WITH IN THE HOUSE OR WITHIN THE SMOKING AREA.   

You can smoke drugs out side the house ONLY but this will be at you own risk.

Even if you are new to the adult party swinging scene or have been enjoying it for many years, you are never under any

obligation to do anything that makes you feel uncomfortable.

The parties are a social friendly environment where you can simply relax and chat with like-minded people;

enjoy the company of others in discrete playrooms if you want to take things further.

Ask politely if you would like to socialise with anyone and accept gracefully if someone declines your request.

We ask that you treat all guests and all staff with respect and acknowledge their boundaries at all times.

"NO” means “NO” if you carry on then you WILL be asked to leave and your name
will be located on a “BAN” list and other parties will be informed of this.

All drinks are to be left behind the bar.  No Cans or Bottles are allowed to be carried around the house.

All drinks will be served in plastic cups.

Water is only drink that is allowed upstairs.  Bottle water is available by the bar.

Bar staff measure all spirits (Single and Double only) as they do not want you having to much to drink

and your night being spoilt. If they feel you have had to much to drink they have the right to refuse serving you

and will inform the management team. 

Any guest that get to drunk may be asked to get some fresh air to sober up or to leave party.

The management has the finial say on anything that happens at the parties.

If you feel someone is being overly attentive or makes you feel uncomfortable. Please contact a member of staff straight away,
where we will manage the situation without fuss.  We are unable too anything about something that happened several hours after the party.

Any guest who causes a disruption to the enjoyment or safety to any member of staff or guest will be asked to

leave and could be banned from further parties at the house

The house is situated in a built up area and we ask guest when leaving to make sure you are aware of this. Please keep noise down!

We encourage guests to dress up for events to help to make each one a more memorable experience this is optional.

Each person that attends the party will be given a wristband. 

You can choose which wristband you want.

All rooms including the "Couples Only Room" have an "Open Door" policy!

We ask all doors to remain open or we will have to open them for safety and security.

The "Couples Room" door is slightly closed to stop single guys coming in but

must remain open at all times!

Couple ONLY play room

( No Singles guys allowed at all)

2 X Open Play Rooms

( Anyone is allowed in them )

Voyeurism Room

This room has a tape around the bed

Anyone allowed in the room but can not play on the bed unless invited by the people on the bed!
