" THE VENUE"

If you are looking to explore your sexuality in a private and secure environment,

The venue is a large 5-bedroom Georgian house based in Sutton

(30 mins from Victoria and 10 mins walk from Sutton station)

Parking is available on the side streets but please take care as this is a built up residential area

(Please be quite when leaving the party)

The venue has the following for your enjoyment and pleasure

Large reception area,

Sitting room

Kitchen / Bar area for general socialising,

(Maintained by bar staff that will be able to keep your drinks chilled and safe)

Smoking room (No smoking allowed in the house)

Fully Equipped Dungeon (with a Dungeon Master)

2 Play Rooms (open door policy)

Closed Door Play Room (see member of management to use this room)

Couple play room (No Singles guys allowed)

Please note: All rooms including the "Couples Only Room" have an "Open Door" policy!

The "Close Door Room" has been special set aside to allow people to have fun and play with our being disturbed.

This room has to be booked by our "Management Staff" on the night.
This will allow people to play without being disturbed

Our dungeon master has a well-equipped dungeon with throne, spanking horse, suspension ropes

and plenty of toys that will shock your mind what you can do with a "Wooden Spoon" to a "Golf Gloves".

Always on hand the "Dungeon Master" will show you how to use the equipment in a safe and

secure environment and give advise when asked.

We also have a wonderful lady (when she able to attend due to commitments)

that specify in "Rope Play" at its most sensual level, as well as "Wax Play"

"Main Welcome Area" - This is where you will be welcome as your come in to the party by "TrueRed79 and SweetPee74" This is where you will also get your colour band.

"The Bar Area" - This is where you will meet and be greated by our "Bar Staff". They wil take your drinks off you and make sure they kept safe through out the evening.

"Play Room" - This is the ONLY room that have a close door policy (NOT LOCKED). You can book this room out by the "Welcome Staff" for 30 mins. This room can give your more privacy if you shy about swining or want a more private moment. A member of security will be located upstairs to stop anyone else coming into the room.
